Most jewelry is shipped from Ukraine.
Orders to the United States travel through a trusted logistics partner and a Minnesota warehouse for reliable delivery.

Clip-on designs are created to provide a secure yet comfortable fit. Each piece is tested to ensure it feels stable without excessive pressure.

International shipping times can occasionally vary due to customs or carrier delays. If your package seems delayed, please contact me — I will gladly assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
7. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photos. Each case is handled individually to ensure a fair solution.
8. Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted according to the policy outlined on the Returns & Exchanges page. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to initiate a return.

Some designs are created in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces. If a piece is unique, it will be mentioned in the product description.

12. Do you accept custom orders?
At the moment, custom orders are accepted selectively depending on availability and design complexity. If you have a specific idea in mind, please contact me to discuss the details.
Each custom piece is carefully considered to ensure it aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and production timeline.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges policy.
