Delivery

I send my jewelry all over the world.

There are two ways the packages are shipped.

1. Shipping from Ukraine.

I live in Lviv, Ukraine, so most packages are sent from here.

If you are from the United States, then your packages go through the following route: packages go to a warehouse in Poland, then to our warehouse in the United States via FedEx, and then to you via USPS or FedEx.
The estimated delivery time is 14-16 days.

If you are from Europe, then your packages also go to Poland and then to you via FedEx (for orders over $60). The estimated delivery time is 6-7 days. Or via Ukrposhta, the package is sent from Lviv, Ukraine, and the estimated delivery time is 18-20 days.

For other countries, I send via Ukrposhta, with an estimated delivery time of 20-28 days. Or express delivery in 7-8 days, and the delivery cost depends on the region.

Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

Shipping from our warehouse in Minnesota, USA.

Some of my jewelry is located in the warehouse. They are ready for shipping and are sent within 1-2 days after purchase.

They are also carefully packed, and the packaging looks like in the photo. The delivery time depends on the carrier company:

USPS - 4-9 days throughout the United States.
FedEx 2 days - 2 days throughout the United States. For shipping to other countries, it is DHL or FedEx, and the delivery time and cost depend on the region.

In all cases, you will receive tracking numbers and can know where your package is located. Also, I can always help check this information.
